Hello i am Haydn, after many years involved with sports at both playing and coaching i started to suffer from many injuries and everyday niggles. After much involvement with sports therapists i took an interest in the recovery of our bodies and how it affected us.
With this in mind i decided to take a step into the sports therapy world to help other people just the way other therapists helped me.
I am a qualified level 3 sports massage therapist and plan on progressing to levels 4 & 5..
I can offer sports massage techniques for pre and post sports and help you to improve your performance and faster recovery.
